Is a DPO mandatory?
Not for every company in Switzerland, but the record and the procedure are for most, and a designated contact is what your clients ask for.
Do you also handle the GDPR?
When you have clients in the EU, yes, with the partner lawyer. The Swiss record is the base.
How long for a record?
Four to six weeks for a small firm, in three workshops.
