The state of your evidence
An organisation that already documents its procedures moves fast. An organisation that does things well without writing anything down must first reconstruct the record, and that is the heaviest item.
Your clients' sector
An agency selling to small firms answers short questionnaires. A vendor selling to a bank or a public body faces entire frameworks, with markedly stricter evidence requirements.
How many frameworks are in scope
Answering one type of questionnaire is simple. Covering several frameworks, each with its own wording and level of demand, multiplies the mapping work between requirements.
How often requests arrive
Two questionnaires a year do not justify the same level of service as two a month. The monthly fee follows that frequency directly, along with how many clients require an annual review.
What the monthly subscription covers
Periodic review of the file: checking that each piece of evidence still holds, that dates are not stale, and that the procedures described still match what is done.
Support when a questionnaire arrives on a short deadline, which is the most common case. That is the real day-to-day value of the subscription.
Tracking the remediation plan, meaning the regular session where you establish what has been closed and what has not. Without that session, a remediation plan ages without progressing.

Questions about price
Can we stop after the assessment?
Yes. The requirement inventory and the state of your evidence stay with you, and are directly usable by your own team or another supplier.
Do you charge per questionnaire?
Not under the subscription, which covers ordinary support. An exceptionally heavy questionnaire, for example a full banking framework, is quoted and announced before being undertaken.
Are we paying for a certification?
No, and it matters that this is clear: Certenor issues no certification. If you are pursuing an accredited certification, the audit costs go to the certification body, not to us.
